By using Pure Interior Aura for a renovation, remodeling, design, installation, or related home improvement project, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our goal is to keep expectations clear from the first conversation through project completion, while making sure both sides understand their responsibilities.
1. About Our Services
Pure Interior Aura provides home improvement services based on the project requirements discussed with each client. Services may include renovation planning, remodeling, interior improvements, installation work, repairs, finishing work, design assistance, and other related services. The exact services included in a project will depend on the written proposal, estimate, work order, or agreement provided for that project. Information displayed on our website is intended to describe our services generally and may not represent every option, material, finish, or configuration available.
2. Project Proposals
Before work begins, Pure Interior Aura may provide a written proposal describing the expected scope, materials, estimated schedule, and pricing. A proposal is based on the information available at the time it is prepared and may need to be revised if additional site conditions or project requirements are discovered. A project becomes confirmed only when the applicable agreement or written authorization has been accepted by both parties.
3. Site Assessments
Some projects require an inspection or site visit before an accurate scope and price can be established. Measurements, photographs, existing construction, accessibility, utilities, and visible conditions may all affect the proposed work. Information that cannot reasonably be identified before work begins may require an adjustment to the project scope or schedule. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Project Scope
Only the work specifically included in the approved project documentation is covered by the agreed scope. Items that are not listed should not be assumed to be included. If additional work becomes necessary or you request work outside the original scope, Pure Interior Aura may provide a written change order or revised estimate. Additional work will generally begin only after the applicable change has been approved.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, project objectives, preferred finishes, and known conditions that could affect the work. You should also provide reasonable access to the areas where work is scheduled and remove personal belongings when requested. Delays caused by unavailable access, late decisions, incomplete information, or conditions outside Pure Interior Aura's control may affect the project schedule.
6. Materials & Selections
Materials, fixtures, finishes, colors, and other products will be selected according to the approved project specifications. Product availability may change due to supplier inventory, manufacturing schedules, discontinuations, or other circumstances. If an approved item becomes unavailable, an alternative may be discussed with you. Differences in natural materials, printed colors, wood grain, stone patterns, and similar characteristics are not necessarily defects.
7. Scheduling
Project schedules are estimates rather than guarantees unless a specific completion date has been expressly agreed in writing. Renovation work can be affected by material availability, site conditions, inspections, weather, subcontractor scheduling, client selections, and unexpected discoveries. Pure Interior Aura will make reasonable efforts to keep the project moving and communicate significant schedule changes when they arise.
8. Property Conditions
Existing homes can contain conditions that are not visible during an initial inspection, including concealed damage, outdated construction, moisture issues, structural concerns, or problems behind walls, ceilings, and flooring. If such conditions are discovered, additional work may be required before the original project can safely continue. We will discuss significant findings and any resulting scope or cost changes with you before proceeding where reasonably practical.
9. Client Decisions
Timely decisions are important to maintaining project progress. Delayed approvals, selections, measurements, access arrangements, or responses may cause work to pause or be rescheduled. When a decision affects materials or the sequence of construction, Pure Interior Aura may need additional time to accommodate the change. We will work with you to minimize unnecessary disruption.
10. Project Payments
Payment amounts and timing will be established in the applicable project agreement or approved proposal. Where milestone payments are required, amounts may become due as specified stages of the project are completed. Outstanding balances should be paid according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make required payments may result in work being paused until the account is brought current, subject to the terms of the project agreement.
11. Changes & Additional Work
Renovation projects can evolve as clients see materials installed or reconsider design details. Requested changes should be discussed before the affected work is performed. A change may alter the price, materials, labor requirements, or completion timeline. Written confirmation helps ensure that everyone has the same understanding of what is being added, removed, or modified.
12. Cancellations & Project Pauses
If you need to cancel or pause a project, please notify Pure Interior Aura as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the project, you may remain responsible for approved work already completed, specially ordered materials, committed project costs, or other amounts identified in your agreement. Any cancellation rights specifically provided in a signed agreement will continue to apply.
13. Workmanship
Pure Interior Aura aims to complete work in a professional manner consistent with the agreed project specifications. If you believe completed work does not meet the agreed requirements, please notify us promptly and provide reasonable access so the concern can be reviewed. Any applicable workmanship warranty or correction commitment will be governed by the terms stated in your project documentation.
14. Product Warranties
Products and materials installed as part of a project may carry warranties provided by their respective manufacturers or suppliers. Those warranties are generally subject to the manufacturer's conditions, exclusions, registration requirements, maintenance instructions, and limitations. Pure Interior Aura does not create or extend a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
15. Care & Maintenance
Proper maintenance is important for preserving renovated spaces, fixtures, finishes, appliances, and installed materials. Clients are responsible for following applicable care instructions after completion. Normal wear, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or failure to maintain materials according to manufacturer recommendations may not be covered by a workmanship or product warranty.
16. Safety & Working Areas
Construction areas may contain tools, equipment, dust, debris, unfinished surfaces, and other temporary hazards. Clients should keep children, pets, visitors, and unauthorized individuals away from active work areas. Pure Interior Aura may restrict access to portions of a property while work is underway when necessary for safety or to protect completed work.
17. Third-Party Services
Certain projects may involve manufacturers, suppliers, specialty contractors, inspectors, designers, or other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and conditions. Pure Interior Aura will coordinate project-related activities where appropriate, but third-party performance, availability, warranties, and policies may remain outside our direct control.
18. Website Information
Content on the Pure Interior Aura website is provided for general information about our services and approach. Images, examples, descriptions, project photographs, and other materials may not represent the exact outcome of every project. We may update website content, service descriptions, availability, and other information without advance notice.
19. Limitation of Responsibility
Pure Interior Aura will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or additional costs resulting from circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, supplier disruptions, hidden property conditions, utility issues, regulatory requirements, unavailable materials, or actions and omissions by third parties. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Resolving Concerns
If a question or concern arises during your project, we encourage you to contact us promptly so the matter can be reviewed. Most project issues can be addressed more efficiently when they are raised early and supported by the relevant proposal, change order, photographs, measurements, or other project records. We will make reasonable efforts to reach a practical resolution.
21. Updates to These Terms
Pure Interior Aura may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, procedures, or business practices. The version applicable to a specific project will generally be determined by the terms incorporated into the applicable project agreement. Continued use of the website after an update means you acknowledge the revised website terms.
22. Agreement
By requesting services, approving a proposal, authorizing project work, or continuing to use the Pure Interior Aura website, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these terms. Where a separate written agreement applies to your project, that agreement may contain additional terms that govern the specific work, pricing, schedule, warranties, and responsibilities associated with the project.
